At Cosmic Posters, we take pride in producing high-quality posters made just for you! Since all of our prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order.
However, if your poster arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package is lost in transit, we are happy to offer a replacement.
Eligible for a Replacement
We will provide a replacement if:
✅ Your order arrives damaged (significant damage that affects the design or readability of the poster).
✅ You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect design, size, or product).
✅ Your package is lost in transit (see ‘Lost Packages’ below).
🛑 No need to return damaged items—we’ll simply replace them!
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2️⃣ Provide Photos: Attach clear photos of the damage or incorrect item to help us process your claim quickly.
3️⃣ Resolution: Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement and notify you when your new order is on its way.
Non-Eligible Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
❌ Change of mind (e.g., no longer want the item, wrong size ordered).
❌ Minor color variations (slight differences between digital display and printed material are normal).
❌ Custom orders (unless defective).
🔹 Color Accuracy: Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings versus printed materials. Digital screens display in RGB, while our posters are printed in CMYK, which may cause subtle variations.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Sometimes, carriers mark packages as delivered a day or two before they actually arrive. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
If your package is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Replacement Processing Time
Once your claim is approved, we will process and ship your replacement within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking update as soon as it ships.
